Introducing the Clym Control Center: Compliance Management, Reimagined
Since launching in 2018, Clym has evolved from a GDPR tool into a comprehensive compliance platform covering transparency and accountability to accessibility and age verification. While our capabilities grew, our interface remained rooted in the past.
We heard your feedback: settings were buried, billing was fragmented, and managing complex properties was harder than it needed to be.
That changes in early 2026.
We are proud to introduce the Clym Control Center, a complete reimagining of your compliance infrastructure, built from the ground up.

Streamlined configuration
The old "Website settings" list was a catch-all that mixed basic configurations with complex regulations.
The new Control Center introduces a clear two-tier structure. In this new system, a "Property" is defined as a domain, along with all its subdomains, that shares a single subscription (companies can manage multiple properties).
- Property-level configuration: Manage fundamentals like subdomains, translations, and geographical settings once.
- Regulation-specific configuration: Dive into GDPR, accessibility, or transparency rules without the clutter of unrelated settings.
The result: A clearer dashboard, faster setup, and fewer configuration errors.
Granular design control
Previously, most design settings were applied globally. Now, every platform component, from the Widget to the AI Assistant, has its own dedicated configuration page.
You can now:
- Customize color schemes and hero images for specific components.
- Select specific legal documents for the Governance Portal distinct from the Widget.
Coming Q1 2026: A real-time preview panel that updates as you configure your compliance components.
Roles built for teams (and billing)
Compliance is a team sport involving Legal, IT, and Finance. Our old two-role system didn't reflect that. The Control Center launches with a robust Role-Based Access System.
- Finance/billing role: Manage invoices and subscriptions at the account level without seeing sensitive compliance data.
- Legal & developers: Legal can approve policies without breaking integrations; developers can grab API keys without accessing case data.
This effectively moves billing out of the property level, providing one consolidated view for all subscriptions and invoices.
Future-proofed architecture
The new sidebar is organized to scale with you, grouped into logical workflows:
- Monitor: Insights, Consents, and Verifications.
- Operate: Data subject requests and case management (e.g., whistleblowing).
- Manage: Platform components and Solutions.
- Integrate: APIs, Webhooks, and platform integrations.
- Configure: Company settings, Billing, and Access management.
Automation & insights
The Control Center isn't just a visual refresh; it’s an engine for automation.
- API & webhooks: Automate user provisioning and receive real-time notifications for consent events or case submissions.
- Enhanced insights (coming Q1-Q2 2026): A comprehensive dashboard tracking total visitors, consent rates, and accessibility adjustments across all properties.
