About the role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with the VP of Engineering, Product Manager, and development team to design, build, and improve Clym's platform. This role blends hands-on development with architectural thinking and close collaboration.

You will contribute across the stack, support technical decisions, and help maintain a development culture focused on quality and scalability.

What you'll work on

• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define software requirements and architectural approaches
• Design, build, and configure applications that support evolving business needs
• Write scalable, efficient, and testable code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application behavior, performance, or design
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and debugging of features
• Review code before release to maintain quality and consistency
• Support technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing
• Assist with project scoping, estimations, and delivery timelines
• Navigate a wide range of technical challenges typical of a growing SaaS platform
• Mentor developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in software development and engineering
• 3+ years working on complex SaaS web applications
• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience building applications using microservices and cloud-based infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern deployment workflows
• High attention to detail and strong quality standards
• Comfort working with a distributed, remote team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
