About the role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with the VP of Engineering, Product Manager, and development team to design, build, and improve Clym's platform. This role blends hands-on development with architectural thinking and close collaboration.
You will contribute across the stack, support technical decisions, and help maintain a development culture focused on quality and scalability.
What you'll work on
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define software requirements and architectural approaches
- Design, build, and configure applications that support evolving business needs
- Write scalable, efficient, and testable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application behavior, performance, or design
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and debugging of features
- Review code before release to maintain quality and consistency
- Support technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing
- Assist with project scoping, estimations, and delivery timelines
- Navigate a wide range of technical challenges typical of a growing SaaS platform
- Mentor developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in software development and engineering
- 3+ years working on complex SaaS web applications
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience building applications using microservices and cloud-based infrastructure
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern deployment workflows
- High attention to detail and strong quality standards
- Comfort working with a distributed, remote team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
